✦ Bhavishya Sutra — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bhavishya Sutra ("we", "us", "our", "the App"), available at bhavishya-sutra.com and as an Android application on Google Play. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Bhavishya Sutra Is

The App generates a Vedic birth chart (Kundali) from the birth date, time and place you provide, and produces written readings and predictions using astronomical calculations combined with artificial intelligence.

The App is provided for interest, cultural engagement and self-reflection only. Predictions are AI-generated content. They are not statements of fact, not guaranteed to be accurate, and must never be used as a substitute for professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under 18.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including birth details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
If you create a chart for another person, you confirm you have their permission to provide their birth details.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App, or by emailing us.

4. Coins and Paid Features

Coins are a virtual in-app item used to access certain features, such as asking a personalised question.
Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.
Coins granted for free (on signup, weekly, for ratings or referrals) are promotional and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Coins spent on a completed reading are non-refundable. If a reading fails to generate, the coins for that request are not deducted.
Charts and predictions are currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in future, and any such purchase will be described clearly before you buy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud or harm another person.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other users' data, or our systems.
Scrape, copy or redistribute readings at scale, or resell the service as your own.
Interfere with the App's operation, including automated abuse of generation or question features.

6. Disclaimers — Please Read

Not professional advice. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, career or relationship advice. Always consult a suitably qualified professional before making important decisions.

No guarantee of accuracy. Predictions are generated by an AI system from classical astrological texts and astronomical calculations. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. No outcome is promised or implied.

Remedies. Any suggestion appearing in a reading is general in nature. Do not treat it as a prescribed remedy, and do not spend money on remedies, gemstones, rituals or paid services on the basis of anything in this App. We do not endorse any practitioner, product or service.

Decisions are yours. You are solely responsible for any action you take, or choose not to take, based on content in the App, and for any consequences that follow.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn, and readings depend on third-party services that may be unavailable from time to time.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, logo, design and software are owned by us. The readings generated for you are yours to use personally; you may not present them as the output of another service or resell them. Astrological source material is derived from classical texts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, savings or data, arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used abusively. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab shall have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
